As timekeeper and official watch of the event, the Swiss watch brand Ulysse Nardin gave the start and is present on all the rankings.
With inserts in the official signal, the brand is associated with the production and broadcasting of the race by Warner Bros. Discovery.
For this departure, the brand successfully deployed a 360° activation plan (events on land and on the water, Social Media content, trade animation, visuals with the limited edition watch, etc.) and invited retailers, end customers, partners, journalists and their brand ambassador, freediver and underwater photographer Fred Buyle, to experience the event from the inside.
In addition to being an official partner of the race, Ulysse Nardin has decided to join forces with the 11th Hour Racing Team in the IMOCA class, to support the team’s sporting activities and its CSR commitments to protecting the oceans. Its skipper Charlie Enright is now part of the “Ulysses ” family supported by Ulysse Nardin

After a 1st successful experience in the Vendée Globe, the Swiss watchmaker continues its commitment to e-sailing with VIRTUAL REGATTA by also becoming the Official Timekeeper of the virtual race.
